Research has found that a deficiency of d-chiro-inositol inside the cell can impair glucose disposal. This can
cause a backup of glucose processing inside the cell and can in turn
cause a build up of glucose in the blood. It was found that some people
have a deficiency caused by impaired production of d-chiro-inositol from myo-inositol.
By supplementing with d-chiro-inositol the levels in the body can be increased and glucose disposal can return to normal levels.

Our product is naturally extracted from carob pods from the carob tree (Ceratonia siliqua). The material is manufactured under GMP Standards and is the highest quality available.
